I Microsoft's in-house sociologist intervjuas Marc Smith, Microsofts "in-house sociologist". Det talas om usenet, spam, NetScan, sökmaskiner etc.
På Smiths hemsida finns lite dokument att ladda ner. Han är editor till boken Communities in Cyberspace.
