Data mining-lista: Mi_Li_Wo
Mi_Li_Wo (Mining linking the World) är en lite layback modererad Yahoo-mailinglista om data mining. Efter dess skapande i augusti är det nu 33 medlemmar och det har blivit cirka 10 mail i månaden, så det är en lugn lista.

The term of Data Mining now shows in finance, marketing research, media, education, hospital, government, biology and so on. Different methodology solves different types of problems. Distinct mining ideas apply in distinct fields. This extensive domain, Data mining, is full of diversification and interest. As a result, this Mi_Li_Wo Discussion Group is formed for people all over the world who fall in love with data mining or already couldn't be energetic without it.
The Mi_Li_Wo Discussion Group would like to share any kind of interesting ideas with different people and exchange experiences with each other. Consequently, the emphasis is on the applications of modern modeling methodology and techniques from Statistics, Data Mining, and Machine Learning and on the valuable experience from data analysis. Participants could talk about any topic about data mining, such as "Data Quality, Data Pre-Processing, Database Marketing, Extensible Markup Language (XML), Business Intelligent, Web Knowledge Discovery" and new trends.

The Mi_LI_WO group is very interesting. This discussion group includes people from biz, acdemic, or other domain field. If you have any idea or opinion related data mining, you could feel free to discuss with them. The founders are two girls from Taiwan. You could visit there and give them more inspiration!!
